When you purchase an AQT license, you can use that version of AQT indefinitely without further charge.
There is no charge for point-release upgrades within a version (eg. from v11.0 to v11.1) however there will be a charge if you wish to upgrade to a new version (eg. from v10 to v11).
Older versions of AQT are not supported - you can continue to use them but bug fixes and new features will not be available. We may not be able to answer support emails in relation to older versions.
Once you install AQT v11, you will have 30 day trial period in which AQT v11 will operate normally. After this period has expired, AQT v11 will revert to evaluation mode; you must either purchase a Version 11 Upgrade license or de-install AQT v11. You will then have to reinstall AQT v9/v10 or your earlier version.
If you have purchased any AQT v10 license after 1st June 2022, you will be entitled to run AQT v11.
You do not need to take any action to enable the upgrade to v11. AQT v11 will automatically recognise your license key as valid for AQT v11.
We no longer offer a Site license. Please contact us for further information or help on the version upgrade process.
Holders of historic Site licenses may upgrade by specifying the number of people using AQT and purchasing sufficient version 11 upgrades to cover that number of people.
