Entering your Registration Key

If you wish to purchase a license for AQT, see http://www.querytool.com/purchase.html, which describes the procedure for doing this.

Once you purchase an AQT license, you will be issued with a registration key. This will turn your evaluation version of AQT into a full version. You will not be sent a CD, nor do you need to download another install file.

You enter your registration key into AQT using the Registration Details window. There are three ways to get to this window:

• from the AQT Splash window, click on Enter Registration Key
• from the Signon window, click on Help > How to Pay and Register
• from the Database Explorer, click on Help > Register

Fill out your registration details in the registration window as follows:

You must enter both the Name and the Registration Key exactly as issued to you. Both form part of the key and must be correct.

Lost your Key?

If you need to reinstall AQT, and you cannot fnd your key:

• if you purchased your license through Element5 (most purchases since Jan 2004 have used Element5), you can find your purchase details from Element5. This will include your license key. The url to use is http://www.element5info.com
• email us at reg@querytool.com. Please give us sufficient information for us to locate your purchase; the name and email address you used for the purchase, and the approximate date of purchase.
