AQT v10 Signon window

The signon window has been redesigned to be easier to use and to have a number of extra features.

File DSN

The Signon window makes it easy to sign onto File DSNs.

The Signon window makes it easy to sign onto an MS Access or Excel file without having to define an ODBC Datasource.

A history of recent signons to Access/Excel files is maintained.
